About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fintech Product Manager to lead the development and growth of innovative financial technology products across digital payments, banking platforms, and customer-facing financial services.
You will work closely with engineering, design, compliance, data, operations, and commercial teams to transform business requirements into reliable, scalable products that deliver measurable value to customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a product professional who understands both financial services and modern technology and enjoys taking products from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on customer and business needs.
- Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with software engineering and UX/UI teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor products.
- Develop strategies for digital payments, wallets, banking services, and fintech platforms.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer analytics.
- Coordinate product launches and feature releases.
- Work with risk, compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure regulatory requirements are addressed.
- Conduct customer research and translate insights into product improvements.
- Present product strategies and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within fintech, banking, payments, or financial technology.
- Strong understanding of digital financial products.
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with technology and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with APIs, digital wallets, payment gateways, mobile applications, or banking platforms is highly desirable.
