Job Title: Remote Fintech Payment Operations & Vendor Management Lead

Role Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing payment operations and third-party vendor relationships within a fintech environment. The position ensures that all payment processes function seamlessly while maintaining strong coordination with external service providers such as payment gateways, processors, and financial institutions.
Capability Framework
Operational Excellence
- Manage daily payment operations across multiple channels (cards, wallets, transfers)
- Ensure high transaction success rates and minimal processing delays
- Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues
Vendor & Partner Management
- Build and maintain relationships with payment vendors and financial partners
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinate onboarding and integration of new vendors
Financial Control & Reconciliation
- Oversee reconciliation of transactions between internal systems and external partners
- Ensure accurate settlement and reporting of financial flows
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure payment operations comply with financial regulations and internal policies
- Monitor risk exposure across payment channels
- Support audit and regulatory reporting processes
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in fintech operations, payments, or vendor management
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and financial workflows
- Experience managing third-party service providers
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a remote environment
