Role Overview
The Payment Operations & Settlement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the accurate execution, reconciliation, and settlement of digital financial transactions. The role ensures high operational reliability, transaction integrity, and compliance with fintech operational standards.
Responsibility
Transaction Oversight
- Monitor real-time and batch transactions across all payment channels
- Detect failed, pending, or irregular transactions immediately
- Escalate critical issues for prompt resolution
Exception Management
- Investigate and resolve transaction exceptions
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and compliance teams
- Maintain comprehensive records of resolutions for audit purposes
Process Optimization
- Identify trends in transaction failures
- Propose improvements to operational workflows
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Reporting & Governance
- Generate detailed operational performance and settlement reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal operational standards
- Maintain documentation for internal and external audits
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
- 5–9 years of experience in fintech payments, banking operations, or transaction management
- Deep understanding of clearing, settlement, and reconciliation processes

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
