Position: Fintech Multi-Channel Transaction & Risk Coordinator (Remote)

Role Summary
The Multi-Channel Transaction & Risk Coordinator ensures accurate, secure, and compliant transaction processing across mobile, web, and third-party platforms. The role focuses on operational integrity, risk monitoring, and preventive measures.
Systems & Responsibilities
Customer Interface Layer
- Monitor transactions initiated via mobile apps, web platforms, and POS devices
- Validate transaction data and detect unusual activities
Processing & Gateway Layer
- Oversee transaction authorization, routing, and processing
- Resolve processing delays or failures in coordination with IT
Settlement & Reconciliation Layer
- Ensure timely fund settlement with banking partners
- Reconcile transactions to prevent discrepancies
Reporting & Audit Layer
- Maintain detailed records of operational performance
- Generate reports for compliance and audit purposes
- Recommend improvements in control measures
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor multi-channel fintech transaction systems
- Investigate and resolve exceptions or failures
- Coordinate with IT, finance, and risk teams
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
- Analyze trends to prevent operational risks
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in fintech transaction management or risk operations
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel fintech ecosystems

- Payment gateways and transaction monitoring systems
