Role: Remote Fintech Lending Platform Operations Specialist

Role Summary
This position is responsible for executing and maintaining the operational playbook of a digital lending platform, ensuring that all processes—from loan origination to repayment—function efficiently and reliably.
Operational Playbook
Loan Origination
- Process incoming loan applications through digital platforms
- Validate applicant data and ensure completeness
- Coordinate with credit teams for approvals
Loan Processing & Disbursement
- Manage workflows for approved loans
- Ensure accurate disbursement of funds
- Monitor timelines and processing efficiency
Repayment Management
- Track repayment schedules and monitor delinquencies
- Handle repayment issues and exceptions
- Support collections processes when necessary
Platform Maintenance
- Monitor system performance and operational metrics
- Identify and resolve system issues
- Collaborate with technical teams for improvements
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to lending regulations
- Prepare operational and performance reports
- Maintain records for audit purposes
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in fintech lending, banking operations, or financial services
- Strong understanding of loan lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with digital lending platforms
- Ability to manage workflows in a remote environment
