Position Summary
The Fintech Implementation & Client Success Associate is responsible for supporting the onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success of fintech solutions for users and partners. This role combines elements of project coordination, client interaction, and product support to ensure successful adoption of digital financial services.
Core Responsibilities
Implementation Support
- Assist in onboarding users onto fintech platforms, ensuring smooth setup and configuration.
- Coordinate implementation timelines and ensure all deliverables are met.
Client Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for users during onboarding and early usage stages.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure successful product adoption.
Performance Monitoring
- Track user engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- Collect feedback and communicate insights to internal teams.
Issue Resolution
- Address user concerns and escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of onboarding and usage challenges.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in client support, implementation, or fintech operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with digital financial platforms or SaaS solutions.
- Basic understanding of fintech products such as payments or lending systems.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
