THE MANDATE
We are looking for an exceptional Director to lead the strategic growth and transformation of a sophisticated fintech environment.
The role requires an executive capable of seeing the complete picture—from market opportunity and customer behaviour to product development, technology investment, operational performance, and commercial growth.
You will be responsible for converting strategic ambition into a disciplined portfolio of initiatives that produce measurable business results.
STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES
GROWTH STRATEGY
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, revenue streams, and strategic partnerships.
PRODUCT STRATEGY
Guide the development of digital financial products designed around genuine customer needs and sustainable economics.
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Lead modernization initiatives across digital banking, payments, financial platforms, and intelligent automation.
COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE
Establish frameworks linking fintech investments to revenue, customer growth, productivity, and long-term value.
INNOVATION
Evaluate emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, automation, and new financial infrastructure.
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Build alignment across technology, product, finance, operations, risk, marketing, and commercial teams.
STRATEGIC GOVERNANCE
Establish priorities, milestones, KPIs, investment frameworks, and executive reporting structures.
THE IDEAL EXECUTIVE
You should possess:

10+ years of experience in fintech, banking, financial services, consulting, payments, or digital transformation.

Significant experience leading strategic or enterprise-level initiatives.

Strong commercial and financial judgment.

Deep understanding of digital financial ecosystems.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Strong knowledge of product and technology transformation.

Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder-management skills.
