Job Title: Fintech Funds Operations & Reconciliation Specialist (Remote)

Role Purpose
To ensure the integrity of customer funds and transaction records by managing inputs, applying controls, and producing accurate financial outputs within fintech systems.
ICO Operational Framework
Inputs
- Customer deposits and withdrawal requests
- Transaction data from fintech platforms
- Payment confirmations from external systems
Controls
- Validate accuracy of incoming transaction data
- Apply reconciliation checks between systems
- Monitor transaction processing for anomalies
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures
Outputs
- Accurate customer account balances
- Verified transaction records
- Reconciliation reports and financial summaries
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify customer fund transactions
- Perform reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Generate reports on fund movements
- Support audits and compliance activities
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech or banking operations
- Understanding of fund flow and reconciliation processes
Technical Skills
- Transaction processing systems
- Reconciliation and reporting tools
- Data validation techniques
Professional Attributes

- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple processes remotely
