Job Title: Fintech Funds Flow & Settlement Operations Analyst (Remote)
Location: Remote – Oman Market Focus

Role Purpose
To manage and optimize the flow of funds within fintech systems, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and settlement of financial transactions.
Workflow Pipeline
Stage 1: Transaction Input
- Capture incoming transaction data from multiple sources
- Validate transaction details and ensure completeness
- Identify and flag anomalies early in the process
Stage 2: Processing & Authorization
- Monitor authorization of transactions
- Resolve processing errors or delays
- Ensure smooth interaction between systems
Stage 3: Clearing & Settlement
- Manage clearing processes and prepare transactions for settlement
- Ensure timely settlement with financial institutions
- Track settlement status and resolve issues
Stage 4: Reconciliation & Reporting
- Reconcile transaction data across systems
- Prepare detailed reports on fund movements
- Highlight discrepancies and performance metrics
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end fund flow processes
- Monitor transaction performance and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Improve workflow efficiency
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 5–8 years of experience in fintech or banking operations
- Knowledge of fund flow and settlement processes
