Role Overview
The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in financial strategy, budgeting, and performance analysis within a fintech-driven organization. This position focuses on delivering financial insights, supporting decision-making processes, and ensuring sustainable financial growth.
Key Deliverables
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability metrics
- Support long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives
Performance Analysis
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Identify variances and provide actionable insights
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks
Strategic Decision Support
- Provide financial insights to support business expansion and product development
- Evaluate investment opportunities and financial risks
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning
Process Improvement
- Enhance financial reporting processes and systems
- Implement automation tools to improve efficiency
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or fintech finance roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
