Position: Remote Fintech Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager
Region: Bahrain

Role Purpose
To lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis within a fintech environment, ensuring that financial strategies align with business growth objectives and operational realities.
Core Capabilities Required
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Develop financial models to project revenue, costs, and growth
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for fintech operations
- Analyze financial performance against targets
Business Performance Analysis
- Evaluate key financial metrics and KPIs
- Provide insights into profitability, cost efficiency, and revenue streams
- Support strategic decision-making through financial data
Strategic Financial Support
- Partner with leadership teams to align financial plans with business goals
- Assess financial impact of new fintech products or initiatives
- Support investment and expansion decisions
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial data
- Maintain strong financial controls and documentation
Career Progression Path
- Advancement into Senior FP&A Leadership roles
- Transition into Strategic Finance or CFO-track positions
- Opportunities to specialize in fintech financial strategy and investment analysis
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or fintech financial management
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
- Understanding of fintech business models and revenue streams
