Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech operations or financial analytics
- Strong reporting, analytical, and data visualization skills
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel, SQL, or BI tools
- Familiarity with fintech platforms and transaction processing systems
- Ability to interpret KPI trends and provide actionable insights
