A fast-growing fintech institution is seeking a visionary Blockchain Product Manager to lead the development of innovative blockchain-powered financial products that enhance digital banking, institutional payments, embedded finance, tokenized assets, and customer digital experiences.

The role combines product strategy, market analysis, technology innovation, and commercial execution to deliver high-impact blockchain solutions across regional and international financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define blockchain product strategy and roadmap.

• Conduct customer and market research.

• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams.

• Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

• Prioritize product backlogs.

• Coordinate product releases.

• Monitor KPIs and customer adoption.

• Evaluate competitor products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• 5+ years of product management experience.

• Experience within fintech, blockchain, or digital banking.
