This role is focused on ensuring financial data integrity across fintech systems by managing reconciliation processes, validating transaction data, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Data Validation & Matching
- Compare transaction records across multiple systems
- Identify mismatches and inconsistencies
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of data
Reconciliation Execution
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues
- Maintain reconciliation logs and documentation
Control Implementation
- Establish controls to prevent data inconsistencies
- Improve reconciliation processes and workflows
- Ensure system alignment across platforms
