Position: Fintech Embedded Finance Solutions Manager

Role Purpose
To design and implement embedded finance solutions that integrate financial services directly into digital platforms, enabling seamless user experiences and expanding access to financial products.
Success Milestones
First 3 Months
- Understand existing fintech infrastructure and integration points.
- Assess current embedded finance capabilities and identify gaps.
- Develop a roadmap for integration of financial services such as payments, lending, or insurance.
First 6 Months
- Launch initial embedded finance features within partner platforms.
- Establish partnerships with financial institutions and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations.
First 12 Months
- Scale embedded finance offerings across multiple platforms.
- Optimize product performance based on user data and feedback.
- Achieve measurable growth in adoption and transaction volumes.
Core Responsibilities
- Design embedded finance solutions aligned with user needs and market demand.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate APIs and financial services.
- Manage partnerships with banks, fintech providers, and digital platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics and refine solutions for scalability.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Required Experience
- 6–10 years in fintech product management, partnerships, or digital financial services.
- Strong understanding of APIs, payments, and financial integrations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in remote environments.
