Role Overview
This role is responsible for managing the operational flow of digital wallet transactions, ensuring that deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments are executed accurately, securely, and efficiently across fintech platforms.
Operational Process Flow
Transaction Intake & Validation
- Monitor incoming wallet transactions across multiple channels
- Validate transaction details, user credentials, and system inputs
- Ensure all transactions meet predefined rules before processing
Processing & Execution
- Oversee execution of wallet transactions in real time
- Ensure successful completion of transfers, bill payments, and wallet funding
- Coordinate with backend systems to maintain processing accuracy
Monitoring & Issue Detection
- Track transaction success and failure rates
- Identify anomalies such as delays or failed transactions
- Escalate issues to relevant technical teams
Exception Handling & Resolution
- Investigate failed or disputed transactions
- Resolve user complaints related to wallet activity
- Maintain logs for all exceptions and resolutions
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Generate reports on transaction performance
- Identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Support optimization of wallet operations
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech operations, digital wallets, or payments
- Familiarity with transaction processing systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work remotely in a structured environment
