This role combines operational oversight with customer-centric strategy, ensuring both backend reliability and front-end satisfaction.


Core Functional Areas

1. Digital Wallet Operations Management

  • Oversee daily wallet operations and transaction processing
  • Ensure uptime, reliability, and system performance
  • Monitor transaction success and failure rates

2. Customer Experience Optimization

  • Analyze customer interactions and feedback
  • Improve user journey across wallet platforms
  • Implement features that enhance usability and satisfaction

3. Issue Resolution & Support Coordination

  • Manage escalation of transaction-related issues
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track operational KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Generate reports on wallet usage and performance
  • Provide actionable insights for improvement

5. Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify inefficiencies in operations
  • Introduce automation and workflow improvements
  • Support rollout of new wallet features

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 5–9 years of experience in fintech operations or digital payments
  • Strong understanding of digital wallets and user experience
  • Experience managing remote operations
