Role Overview
This role is designed around building and enhancing operational capabilities within digital wallet ecosystems. The focus is on ensuring that wallet services evolve from basic functionality to highly efficient, scalable, and reliable systems.
Capability Maturity Framework
Foundational Operations
- Ensure basic wallet functions (transactions, balances, transfers) operate correctly
- Monitor system performance and identify operational issues
- Maintain accurate records of wallet activities
Controlled Processes
- Standardize operational workflows for wallet transactions
- Implement structured reconciliation processes
- Ensure consistency across systems and processes
Optimized Operations
- Improve efficiency of wallet operations
- Reduce transaction errors and processing delays
- Introduce automation where applicable
Predictive & Scalable Systems
- Analyze trends in wallet usage and performance
- Prepare systems for increased transaction volumes
- Support scalability and growth initiatives
Continuous Innovation
- Identify opportunities for new wallet features
- Enhance user experience through operational improvements
- Support integration with additional fintech services
Extended Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams

Required Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in digital wallet operations or fintech systems
- Strong understanding of payment and wallet ecosystems
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work remotely with structured accountability
