Command Objective
To oversee and optimize digital remittance and fund transfer operations, ensuring fast, secure, and reliable movement of funds across domestic and international corridors.
Operational Command Areas
Transaction Execution Control
- Manage execution of remittance and transfer transactions
- Ensure accuracy and speed of fund movement
- Monitor transaction pipelines in real time
Corridor Management
- Oversee payment corridors and routing pathways
- Ensure optimal routing for cost and efficiency
- Support expansion into new remittance corridors
Settlement & Reconciliation Oversight
- Ensure proper settlement of transferred funds
- Reconcile transaction data across systems
- Resolve discrepancies and delays
Operational Risk & Compliance
- Monitor transactions for suspicious activity
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Maintain records for audit and reporting
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track transaction success rates and processing times
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Enhance reliability of remittance systems
Required Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in remittance operations, payments, or fintech
- Strong understanding of digital transfer systems
- Analytical and operational expertise
- Ability to work remotely with distributed teams
