The Digital Remittance Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of remittance transactions, ensuring efficient cross-border transfers, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and optimal user experience. This role is central to scaling international money transfer services within a fintech environment.
Strategic Objectives
- Expand and optimize remittance corridors across key global regions
- Reduce transaction costs while maintaining high processing speeds
- Enhance customer experience in cross-border transfers
- Strengthen compliance and risk management frameworks
Operational Responsibilities
- Manage daily remittance transaction flows and settlement processes
- Coordinate with payment partners, correspondent banks, and FX providers
- Monitor transaction success rates and resolve processing issues
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and international transfer regulations
- Implement improvements in transaction routing and processing efficiency
Technology & Systems
- Remittance platforms and payment processing systems
- FX management tools and multi-currency systems
- Transaction monitoring and fraud detection tools
- API integrations with financial partners
Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years experience in remittances, payments, or fintech operations
- Strong understanding of cross-border payment systems and FX processes
- Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services
