Role Overview
This role is structured around core operational capabilities required to manage digital remittance corridors, ensuring efficient fund transfers, accurate settlement, and reliable transaction processing across multiple regions. The position requires a strong understanding of remittance flows, corridor dynamics, and operational coordination.
Core Capability Areas
Corridor Setup & Management
- Establish and maintain remittance corridors between countries
- Ensure readiness of payment routes and partner channels
- Monitor corridor performance and availability
Transaction Processing & Execution
- Oversee initiation and completion of remittance transactions
- Ensure accuracy in transaction routing and delivery
- Monitor success rates and transaction timelines
Settlement & Liquidity Coordination
- Manage settlement processes between counterparties
- Monitor liquidity requirements across corridors
- Ensure timely reconciliation of funds
Exception Handling & Resolution
- Identify and resolve failed or delayed transactions
- Investigate operational issues
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators for remittance operations
- Generate reports on transaction volumes and efficiency
- Provide insights for process improvements
Extended Responsibilities
- Collaborate with compliance and finance teams
- Improve remittance workflows and efficiency
- Support regulatory adherence in cross-border payments
Required Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in remittance operations, payments, or fintech
- Strong understanding of cross-border transaction flows
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work remotely with structured processes
