Position: Remote Fintech Digital Onboarding & Identity Solutions Manager

Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)


Role Objective

To design and optimize digital onboarding systems and identity verification frameworks, ensuring seamless customer acquisition while maintaining robust compliance with KYC and identity verification standards.


Capability Architecture

Layer 1: Customer Onboarding Design

  • Develop streamlined onboarding journeys for individual and business customers.
  • Reduce friction while maintaining regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
  • Implement user-friendly workflows that enhance conversion rates.

Layer 2: Identity Verification Systems

  • Integrate solutions for document verification, biometric authentication, and digital identity validation.
  • Ensure high accuracy in identity checks while minimizing false positives and onboarding delays.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers for identity data services.

Layer 3: Compliance & Risk Controls

  • Embed KYC, AML, and customer due diligence protocols into onboarding systems.
  • Monitor onboarding activities for fraud risks and suspicious behavior.
  • Ensure alignment with regional regulatory requirements.

Layer 4: Data & Process Optimization

  • Analyze onboarding metrics to identify drop-off points and inefficiencies.
  • Continuously refine processes to improve speed, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Implement automation for document processing and verification workflows.

Technical & Professional Requirements

  • Experience in digital onboarding, identity verification, or fintech compliance systems.
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML frameworks and regulatory standards.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and customer data management systems.

Success Metrics

  • Onboarding completion rates and processing time.
  • Accuracy of identity verification processes.
  • Reduction in fraud and onboarding-related risks.
