Role Summary
The Digital Lending Operations Coordinator ensures the smooth execution of lending processes, from application intake to loan disbursement and repayment tracking. This role is structured around key milestones to ensure continuous operational efficiency.
Role Timeline & Milestones
First 90 Days (Onboarding & Stabilization)
- Understand lending workflows and operational systems
- Process loan applications and verify documentation
- Support daily lending operations and reporting
3–6 Months (Process Optimization)
- Identify inefficiencies in loan processing
- Improve turnaround times for approvals and disbursements
- Enhance borrower experience through streamlined processes
6–12 Months (Operational Excellence)
- Implement scalable workflows for high-volume lending
- Support automation of lending operations
- Contribute to performance reporting and analytics
Ongoing Responsibilities
- Manage loan application lifecycle
- Coordinate with credit, risk, and finance teams
- Monitor repayment schedules and defaults
- Maintain accurate operational records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in lending or fintech operations
- Understanding of digital lending processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
