The Digital Banking Operations Coordinator is accountable for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of digital banking services, including account management, transaction processing, and customer support operations within a fintech ecosystem.
Accountability Map
Accountability 1: Operational Continuity
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of digital banking services.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues promptly.
Accountability 2: Transaction Processing
- Oversee processing of transfers, payments, and account activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial operations.
Accountability 3: Customer Support Coordination
- Coordinate resolution of customer issues related to banking services.
- Work closely with support teams to enhance service quality.
Accountability 4: Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows.
- Implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of digital banking platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in banking or fintech operations.
