We are looking for a Data Scientist to develop analytical models and data-driven solutions that support product development, customer intelligence, fraud prevention, risk management, and business performance.

Your Responsibilities
Data & Modelling
- Collect, clean, transform, and analyze complex datasets.
- Develop statistical and machine-learning models.
- Identify patterns and relationships within financial and customer data.
- Evaluate model performance and improve analytical accuracy.
- Develop reusable analytical methodologies.
Financial Applications
Apply data science to areas such as:
- Customer segmentation
- Fraud detection
- Transaction analysis
- Customer retention
- Credit and financial risk
- Product recommendations
- Revenue forecasting
- Customer lifetime value
- Operational optimization
Machine Learning
- Develop and validate predictive models.
- Perform feature engineering and model selection.
- Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Monitor model performance after deployment.
- Work with engineering teams to operationalize analytical models.
Business Collaboration
- Work with product, finance, risk, engineering, and operations teams.
- Translate business problems into analytical questions.
- Explain model results to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports where required.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.
Technical Requirements
Strong experience with:
- Python
- SQL
- Pandas
- NumPy
- Scikit-learn
- Statistical modelling
- Machine learning
- Data visualization
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, cloud platforms, Databricks, or modern data warehouses is advantageous.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 4+ years of professional data-science or advanced analytics experience.
- Strong statistical and mathematical foundation.
- Experience building and validating predictive models.
- Strong programming and SQL capabilities.
- Excellent analytical reasoning.
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly.
