Mission of the Role
To design, maintain, and optimize data infrastructure systems that power fintech analytics, enabling accurate insights, reporting, and decision-making across digital financial platforms.
First 90 Days (Milestones)
- Assess current data architecture and identify inefficiencies
- Establish data pipelines for transaction and customer data
- Deliver initial analytics dashboards for operational visibility
6-Month Milestones
- Implement scalable data warehousing solutions
- Improve data processing speed and accuracy
- Introduce automated reporting systems for financial metrics
12-Month Impact Goals
- Build a robust data ecosystem supporting real-time analytics
- Enable predictive insights for financial performance and risk
- Enhance data governance and security frameworks
Core Responsibilities
- Design and manage data pipelines for fintech platforms
- Analyze financial and operational data to generate insights
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
- Support reporting for compliance and business strategy
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or fintech systems
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions
- Understanding of financial data structures and reporting requirements
