Role Purpose
To establish, maintain, and enhance data governance frameworks while ensuring accurate and reliable financial reporting across fintech systems.
Capability Modules
Module 1: Data Governance Framework
- Define data standards, policies, and governance structures
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems
- Maintain data classification and access controls
Module 2: Financial Reporting
- Generate accurate financial and operational reports
- Ensure alignment between transactional data and reported figures
- Support financial planning and analysis processes
Module 3: Data Quality Management
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and anomalies
- Implement validation rules and quality checks
- Monitor data pipelines for accuracy and completeness
Module 4: Regulatory Alignment
- Ensure reporting complies with regulatory requirements
- Support audits and regulatory reviews
- Maintain documentation for governance processes
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with engineering and finance teams
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights
- Support implementation of data governance tools and frameworks
Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in data governance, reporting, or fintech analytics
- Strong understanding of financial data and reporting processes
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with fintech systems and transaction data

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Strong documentation and communication skills
