Role Title: Fintech Data Analytics & Insights Lead
Location: Remote (UAE Market Focus)

Strategic Objective
To leverage data analytics in driving informed decision-making across fintech operations, enhancing performance, improving customer experiences, and identifying growth opportunities within the UAE market.
Functional Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management
- Gather data from multiple fintech systems including payments, user activity, and transactions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Maintain structured databases for analysis and reporting.
Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Generate actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor key performance metrics across fintech operations.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support optimization of financial products and services.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with product, operations, and compliance teams.
- Present insights in a clear and structured manner.
- Support strategic planning with data-backed recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting platforms.
- Experience working with large datasets in a remote environment.
Technical Skills
- Data visualization and reporting tools
- Advanced Excel or equivalent analytical tools
- Understanding of financial data structures
