An innovative fintech organization is expanding its customer excellence division and is looking for a Fintech Customer Success & Digital Experience Consultant who is passionate about improving customer journeys across digital banking, payment platforms, lending solutions, and financial technology products.
In this role, you will become the trusted advisor for enterprise clients, ensuring successful product adoption, long-term engagement, and continuous value realization through strategic relationship management and customer-centric innovation.
Responsibilities
- Guide enterprise customers through onboarding and implementation.
- Develop customer success strategies to maximize platform adoption.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve financial products.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams on enhancement initiatives.
- Monitor customer health metrics and engagement performance.
- Deliver product education and advisory sessions.
- Resolve complex customer challenges.
- Build long-term strategic client relationships.
- Identify growth and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare customer success reports for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech, SaaS, banking, or customer success.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of digital financial services.
