The Role You Will Play

As a Customer Experience & Support Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that users of digital financial services receive efficient, accurate, and timely support. You will oversee support workflows, resolve escalations, and continuously improve the quality of customer interactions across digital channels.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Support Operations

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries related to payments, transactions, and account issues
  • Oversee ticket resolution processes to ensure timely responses
  • Handle complex or escalated cases requiring in-depth investigation

Experience Optimization

  • Analyze customer feedback and identify recurring issues
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve systemic problems
  • Recommend improvements to enhance overall user experience

Performance Monitoring

  • Track KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop strategies to improve support efficiency and service quality
  • Prepare periodic performance reports

Process Improvement

  • Standardize support procedures and documentation
  • Implement tools and workflows that enhance support operations
  • Train support staff on fintech products and customer handling

Candidate Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer support within fintech, banking, or digital services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve complex issues
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and support platforms
