A rapidly evolving fintech ecosystem requires a Cross-Border Payments Specialist to manage and optimize international transaction flows. The role focuses on ensuring seamless, compliant, and cost-efficient cross-border payments across multiple corridors, currencies, and financial institutions.
Core Responsibilities
Transaction Management
- Oversee execution of cross-border payments across multiple channels
- Monitor transaction flows to ensure timely processing and settlement
- Handle exceptions, delays, and payment failures
Network Coordination
- Work with correspondent banks, payment partners, and financial networks
- Ensure alignment between internal systems and external payment infrastructures
- Support onboarding of new international payment partners
Compliance & Risk Control
- Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and cross-border regulatory requirements
- Monitor transactions for compliance breaches or irregular patterns
- Support audit processes and regulatory reporting
