Role Summary
This role focuses on managing cross-border payment operations, including foreign exchange coordination, transaction routing, and ensuring efficient international fund transfers.
Functional Breakdown
Cross-Border Transaction Management
- Process and monitor international payment transactions
- Ensure accurate routing across global payment networks
- Track transaction status and resolve delays
Foreign Exchange Coordination
- Monitor FX rates and apply correct conversions
- Ensure accuracy in currency exchanges
- Coordinate with financial systems handling FX execution
Settlement & Reconciliation
- Ensure proper settlement of cross-border transactions
- Reconcile payment data across systems
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
Operational Risk Management
- Monitor transactions for anomalies or irregularities
- Ensure compliance with international payment regulations
- Support fraud prevention measures
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work with internal teams and external partners
- Support integration of new payment corridors
- Ensure smooth operational workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in cross-border payments, FX operations, or fintech
- Understanding of international payment systems and currency conversion
- Strong analytical and operational skills
- Ability to manage remote workflows
