This position offers the opportunity to support executive leadership, coordinate administrative functions, and contribute to a professional workplace that reflects innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily reception and front-office activities.
  • Welcome customers, partners, and corporate visitors.
  • Handle incoming calls and route communications efficiently.
  • Coordinate visitor access and appointment scheduling.
  • Prepare meeting rooms for executive meetings and client engagements.
  • Maintain office records, visitor logs, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate office supplies and general administrative requirements.
  • Support executive assistants with scheduling and documentation.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace security and confidentiality policies.
  • Provide administrative assistance to operational teams when required.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-friendly reception area.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in reception, office administration, or customer service.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
