Position: Remote Fintech Core Banking Implementation & Systems Specialist
Region: Oman

Role Objective
To lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of core banking systems within a fintech environment, ensuring seamless integration with digital financial services.
Key Delivery Milestones
First 90 Days
- Assess existing core banking systems and identify gaps
- Document system architecture and integration points
- Develop implementation roadmap and timelines
6-Month Deliverables
- Complete system configuration and integration with fintech platforms
- Ensure smooth data migration and system functionality
- Conduct testing and resolve system issues
12-Month Impact
- Achieve stable and scalable core banking operations
- Improve system performance and reliability
- Enable integration with additional financial services and platforms
Core Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain core banking systems
- Integrate systems with APIs, payment platforms, and digital services
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards
Required Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in core banking systems, fintech engineering, or IT systems
- Strong understanding of banking infrastructure and financial systems
- Experience with system integration and implementation projects
- Ability to manage technical projects remotely
