The Fintech Billing & Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for managing billing processes, tracking revenue streams, and ensuring financial accuracy across fintech platforms serving the Kuwait market.
Typical Workflow
Billing Cycle Review
- Review billing cycles and ensure all transactions are captured.
- Validate billing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies in billing records.
Revenue Tracking
- Analyze revenue streams across products and services.
- Track income from transaction fees, subscriptions, or service charges.
- Update revenue dashboards and reports.
Issue Resolution
- Investigate billing disputes or inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure corrections are implemented promptly.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare financial reports summarizing billing and revenue performance.
- Provide insights into revenue trends and anomalies.
- Support financial planning with accurate data.
Process Optimization
- Review billing workflows for inefficiencies.
- Recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
- Document updated processes and best practices.
