Position: Remote Fintech API Integration & Payment Gateway Support Specialist
Region: Saudi Arabia

Role Objective
To ensure seamless integration and ongoing support of payment gateway APIs, enabling fintech platforms to process transactions efficiently and maintain stable connectivity with merchants and financial systems.
Performance Expectations
Integration Delivery
- Successfully integrate payment gateway APIs with client systems
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants and partners
- Maintain high-quality implementation standards
System Stability & Support
- Monitor API performance and uptime
- Troubleshoot integration and connectivity issues
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders
Transaction Flow Optimization
- Analyze API transaction flows
- Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks
- Recommend improvements to enhance performance
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Maintain clear API documentation
- Provide guidance to developers and stakeholders
- Support knowledge transfer across teams
Compliance & Security
- Ensure secure API integrations
- Follow best practices for data protection
- Support compliance with financial regulations
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in API integration, fintech systems, or payment gateways
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integration
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams
