Opportunity Overview
A rapidly growing fintech organization with regional ambitions is seeking an internationally experienced Executive Vice President – Global FinTech Partnerships & Market Expansion to lead strategic growth initiatives across the GCC and international financial markets.
The successful executive will develop high-value institutional partnerships, unlock commercial opportunities, negotiate strategic alliances, and position the organization as a preferred innovation partner within the global fintech ecosystem.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop international market expansion strategies.
- Build strategic alliances with financial institutions.
- Lead executive commercial negotiations.
- Drive enterprise partnership development.
- Identify new fintech investment opportunities.
- Expand payment and financial service ecosystems.
- Support cross-border business initiatives.
- Represent the organization during international conferences.
- Lead commercial due diligence activities.
- Mentor regional business development executives.
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or Marketing.
- MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years of executive commercial leadership experience.
- Extensive fintech, banking, or financial services background.
- Proven success managing multinational partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Experience operating across international financial markets.
