You will oversee strategic initiatives involving payment orchestration, real-time settlements, merchant acquiring, AI-powered fraud prevention, open banking integrations, and enterprise payment modernization while collaborating with regulators, banking institutions, fintech innovators, and technology partners throughout the GCC.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide payment transformation strategies.
- Lead large-scale digital payment modernization initiatives.
- Design scalable cross-border payment frameworks.
- Drive payment gateway optimization and merchant acquiring growth.
- Implement AI-driven fraud monitoring and transaction intelligence.
- Oversee digital wallet ecosystems and embedded finance solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regional and international financial regulations.
- Build strategic alliances with financial institutions and technology providers.

Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, or payment technology.
- Strong understanding of ISO 20022, SWIFT, Open Banking APIs, Payment Rails, Digital Wallets, and Instant Payments.
- Experience managing enterprise transformation programmes.
