Position Purpose
The Executive Vice President will define and execute long-term fintech growth strategies while overseeing enterprise innovation, digital product expansion, financial technology modernization, ecosystem partnerships, and cross-border strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, consulting, or financial services.
- Proven success leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
