The Executive Vice President – Digital Treasury, Blockchain Infrastructure & Intelligent Cross-Border Payments will lead the creation of sophisticated financial infrastructures utilizing distributed ledger technology, intelligent transaction automation, advanced cryptographic security, and real-time payment intelligence.
This executive role requires an individual capable of combining technological mastery, financial strategy, and operational excellence to build resilient and scalable payment environments capable of supporting the future of international commerce.
Core Leadership Responsibilities
- Design next-generation digital treasury ecosystems integrating automated liquidity optimization, real-time financial monitoring, and predictive cash-flow intelligence.
- Lead the architecture of enterprise blockchain networks supporting secure, transparent, and efficient financial transactions.
- Develop intelligent cross-border payment platforms that significantly improve settlement speed, transaction visibility, and operational reliability.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams including blockchain engineers, payment architects, cybersecurity experts, financial analysts, software developers, and digital product strategists.
- Implement advanced cryptographic systems, digital identity frameworks, and secure financial data environments.
- Establish AI-powered fraud detection and transaction monitoring platforms capable of identifying abnormal financial activities.
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for future payment technologies, programmable financial services, and intelligent transaction ecosystems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree or higher in Financial Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Blockchain Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 15–20 years of experience in digital payments, treasury technology, financial infrastructure, blockchain architecture, or fintech leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of distributed systems, payment networks, cloud computing, cybersecurity, API ecosystems, and financial operations.
- Proven experience managing complex international fintech modernization projects.
