Executive Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years of executive leadership within fintech, digital banking, or financial technology.
- Extensive experience in payment infrastructure and enterprise transformation.
- Strong commercial leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
