An internationally established financial technology organization is embarking on a strategic expansion to build one of the Gulf region’s most sophisticated digital financial ecosystems. We are seeking an accomplished Executive Vice President β Digital Financial Markets & Capital Innovation to drive enterprise-wide transformation across institutional financial platforms, intelligent capital solutions, and advanced digital market infrastructure.
Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer, you will define long-term innovation strategies, oversee high-value transformation programmes, and cultivate strategic relationships with financial institutions, institutional investors, technology partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to influence the evolution of global financial markets while leading multidisciplinary executive teams in a high-impact environment.
Key Executive Responsibilities
- Develop long-term enterprise capital market technology strategies.
- Lead modernization of institutional financial platforms.
- Drive AI-powered market intelligence and predictive analytics.
- Build scalable digital investment ecosystems.
- Establish strategic partnerships across banking and financial services.
- Oversee financial product innovation and commercialization.
- Strengthen enterprise governance and operational resilience.
- Guide executive investment planning and digital transformation initiatives.
- Represent the organization at international financial conferences.
- Mentor senior leaders and foster a culture of innovation.
Professional Requirements
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership within fintech, capital markets, banking, or financial technology.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
- Deep knowledge of AI, cloud technologies, financial infrastructure, and digital financial services.
- Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
