About the Role
A rapidly growing fintech enterprise is seeking an exceptional Executive Vice President β Digital Banking Products & Customer Innovation to lead the design, commercialization, and continuous evolution of award-winning digital financial products.
The successful executive will oversee customer experience strategy, AI-driven personalization, product innovation, commercial expansion, and enterprise growth initiatives that redefine digital banking for retail, corporate, and SME customers throughout the GCC.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities
Product Innovation
- Develop enterprise product vision and strategy.
- Lead next-generation digital banking solutions.
- Drive customer-centric innovation initiatives.
- Oversee product lifecycle governance.
Commercial Growth
- Identify emerging market opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships.
- Expand regional product portfolios.
- Strengthen customer acquisition and retention.
Executive Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary product, engineering, and commercial teams.
- Present innovation strategies to the Executive Committee.
- Represent the organization at global fintech and digital banking conferences.
Candidate Profile
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, Product Management, or Financial Technology.
- Minimum 15 years of executive product leadership experience.
- Extensive knowledge of digital banking and fintech ecosystems.
- Proven record of delivering commercially successful financial products.
- Outstanding strategic planning and leadership capabilities.
