A fast-growing international fintech organization is seeking a dynamic Executive Manager – FinTech Customer Experience & Digital Growth to lead customer engagement strategies, optimize digital journeys, and accelerate business growth across consumer and enterprise financial products.

This leadership role blends customer-centric innovation, digital product optimization, commercial strategy, and advanced analytics to deliver measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.


Leadership Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise customer experience strategies.
  • Lead digital customer journey optimization initiatives.
  • Drive product adoption, engagement, and customer retention programmes.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams.
  • Build customer insight frameworks using behavioural and transactional data.
  • Develop customer success performance metrics and executive dashboards.
  • Lead voice-of-customer and service innovation initiatives.
  • Present growth strategies and customer insights to executive leadership.
  • Mentor customer success and digital experience professionals.
  • Represent the organization at regional fintech and innovation events.

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in customer experience, digital product management, fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of customer analytics, CRM platforms, digital transformation, and growth strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
