Executive Mandate
Define and lead the strategy for integrating financial services directly into digital platforms, marketplaces and business ecosystems. The role combines commercial strategy, financial infrastructure and product innovation to create scalable embedded-finance propositions.
Key Responsibilities

Establish the long-term embedded-finance strategy and investment priorities.

Identify opportunities for payments, accounts, cards, lending and financial APIs.

Develop commercial models for fintech partnerships and platform distribution.

Evaluate Banking-as-a-Service and financial-infrastructure providers.
-
Lead strategic relationships with banks, fintechs and technology platforms.
-
Oversee development of embedded financial products from concept through commercialization.

Establish KPIs covering transaction volume, revenue, customer adoption and partner performance.

Analyze market trends and emerging fintech business models.
-
Present strategic opportunities and investment cases to senior leadership.

Build multidisciplinary teams spanning product, technology, commercial and operations.
Qualifications
-
12+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, strategy or digital financial services.

Proven executive experience launching or scaling financial products.
-
Strong knowledge of APIs, payment infrastructure and digital-platform economics.

Excellent commercial negotiation and strategic-planning capabilities.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology or a related discipline.
