A prestigious financial technology organisation is entering a transformative period of regional and international expansion and is searching for an accomplished Executive Director – Strategic FinTech Investments & Market Expansion.
Reporting directly to the Executive Committee, you will lead enterprise growth initiatives, evaluate high-impact investment opportunities, and cultivate strategic partnerships that position the organisation as a recognised force within the global fintech landscape.
Executive Responsibilities

Develop enterprise investment and expansion strategies.

Identify high-growth fintech markets and commercial opportunities.

Lead executive negotiations involving strategic partnerships and investments.

Conduct commercial due diligence and market intelligence.

Collaborate with finance, product, technology, and operations executives.

Present investment recommendations to executive leadership and board committees.

Guide mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliance initiatives.

Mentor senior commercial leaders while strengthening organisational capability.
Executive Requirements

MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or Technology Management.

Minimum 12–15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, investment, or financial services.

Proven expertise in strategic planning, corporate development, and commercial negotiations.

Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
