We are seeking an accomplished Chief Cross-Border Payments & Global Settlement Officer to spearhead one of the Gulf’s most ambitious financial modernization programmes. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of international payment infrastructure while influencing strategic financial connectivity across emerging and established markets.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Committee, you will define the long-term vision for cross-border financial services, overseeing enterprise-scale transformation initiatives that enhance speed, resilience, regulatory alignment, and customer confidence.
Executive Leadership Responsibilities

Develop enterprise strategies for international payment modernization.

Lead transformation of global settlement and transaction processing ecosystems.

Direct innovation across instant payments, correspondent banking connectivity, and financial messaging platforms.

Build executive partnerships with multinational financial institutions and payment networks.

Establish governance frameworks supporting operational excellence and transaction resilience.

Drive enterprise adoption of intelligent payment automation.

Present strategic initiatives to executive leadership and institutional stakeholders.

Mentor senior executives while cultivating a high-performance leadership culture.

Represent the organisation at global financial technology summits and executive forums.
Executive Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, or Computer Science.

Minimum 15 years of executive leadership within fintech, payment technology, or international banking.

Demonstrated success leading enterprise payment transformation initiatives.

Outstanding commercial judgement and strategic leadership capabilities.
