A pioneering digital finance initiative is seeking a highly accomplished Executive Director of Global Fintech Expansion, Embedded Finance & Intelligent Payment Ecosystems to lead international growth strategies, revolutionary payment technologies, and the integration of financial services into everyday digital experiences.
The successful executive will oversee the creation of advanced payment ecosystems connecting consumers, enterprises, merchants, and financial institutions through intelligent, secure, and frictionless financial technology solutions.
This strategic role demands a leader who understands the intersection of financial engineering, digital commerce, payment infrastructure, customer behaviour analytics, and international market expansion.
Core Responsibilities
Global Payment Innovation
- Develop next-generation real-time payment infrastructures supporting multi-currency transactions, digital wallets, merchant solutions, and intelligent transaction routing.
- Design scalable payment orchestration platforms capable of supporting millions of daily transactions.
- Lead initiatives focused on reducing payment friction and improving financial accessibility.
Embedded Finance & Digital Commerce Strategy
- Create sophisticated financial services that can be seamlessly integrated into e-commerce platforms, mobility applications, healthcare systems, and digital marketplaces.
- Establish strategic technology partnerships and ecosystem collaborations.
- Identify emerging commercial opportunities within the rapidly evolving digital economy.
Data Intelligence & Growth Leadership
- Utilize advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and consumer insights to drive customer acquisition and revenue optimization.
- Establish international expansion frameworks and scalable operational models.
- Lead cross-functional teams including technology, product, operations, cybersecurity, and commercial divisions.
Required Professional Expertise
- 12–18 years of experience within fintech, payments, digital commerce, financial technology consulting, or international business development.
- Deep knowledge of payment gateways, API infrastructures, cloud technology, digital identity systems, and financial risk controls.
- Outstanding executive communication, negotiation, and strategic leadership abilities.
- Experience operating within highly regulated financial environments.
