An internationally expanding fintech banking organization is seeking an innovative Bitcoin Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of enterprise-grade Bitcoin financial products designed for retail, business, and institutional clients.
This position is ideal for professionals who combine deep product management expertise with a strong understanding of Bitcoin ecosystems, digital asset infrastructure, customer experience, and financial technology innovation.
You will own the complete product lifecycle—from market research and strategic planning to product launch, commercial optimization, and long-term roadmap execution—while working closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Executive Leadership.

Primary Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic product roadmaps.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis.
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into product specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams during product development.
- Manage product launches and release cycles.
- Monitor product adoption and customer engagement metrics.
- Drive continuous product optimization.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder communication.
- Prepare executive presentations and business cases.
- Support long-term commercial growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Financial Technology, or a related discipline.
- MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum 6–9 years of product management experience in fintech, banking, payments, or digital asset services.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital product development.
