An internationally expanding fintech banking institution is searching for an accomplished QA/QC Lead to become the driving force behind the quality of mission-critical banking platforms serving individuals, SMEs, multinational corporations, and institutional clients across multiple international markets.
You’ll join a technology organization where quality engineering is integrated into every stage of product development—from architectural planning and API design to production monitoring and continuous improvement.
This role offers the opportunity to influence engineering standards across cloud-native banking platforms, AI-powered financial services, digital lending systems, real-time payment gateways, embedded finance ecosystems, customer identity solutions, and intelligent fraud detection technologies.
Your Mission
You will establish enterprise quality strategies that ensure every product release delivers exceptional performance, security, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing comprehensive enterprise testing strategies.
- Leading functional, integration, regression, API, mobile, and end-to-end testing.
- Developing enterprise automation frameworks.
- Performing release readiness assessments.
- Executing performance, scalability, and resilience testing.
- Coordinating quality governance across Agile delivery teams.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing defect lifecycle processes.
- Collaborating with software architects and developers.
- Defining quality KPIs and executive dashboards.
- Mentoring QA engineers.
- Evaluating emerging quality engineering technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of QA/QC or Quality Engineering experience.
- Extensive fintech, banking, or payment systems background.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
